Our Team

NOAH LUCAS

co-founder/ head carpenter

Noah is cofounder & head craftsman at Pathway. You will find him working in every aspect of our business. Whether that be hands on in the shop, managing the ins and out of running Pathway, connecting with customers or envisioning where Pathway is headed next…. (just to name a few). He has poured and continues to pour his heart into every little detail of who & what Pathway is today.

Noah is one of a kind. A natural leader that loves to dream & make those dreams reality. He is a loving husband to Abigail and an incredible father to our kiddos Boone, Frankie, and Noble. Noah is very much a jack of all trades. He is passionate about pushing himself spiritually, mentally and physically. We attend Redeemer Church where the Lord continues to grow us.

Andrew raboin

manager/craftsman

Andrew is our go to guy to bring a table to completion. Whether that be staining or finishing a project. He also helps keep the shop running at tip top shape.

Andrew is for connection and family. He is a loving husband to Meredith and father to Theo, Olive, Florie (she is pictured above), and Wells. He leads worship at Zion Christian Fellowship. Andrew enjoys a good board game, creating small works of art out of wood, and writing music. Andrew and Meredith have a heart for people. They are intentional to gather with others & call out the beauty in them.

In the shop you’ll find Kevin helping keep production cruising along, making deliveries, and with a camera in his hand trying to capture the days activities!

Kevin is kind and easy to crack jokes with. He is a loving husband to Darci. Kevin is a creative to his core. He enjoys drawing and capturing videos & pictures. Kevin & Darci attend Trinity Evangelical where they help and pour into the Reignite Youth Group. On the weekends you will find them adventuring different states or fun local places.

We are so thankful for Kevin and Darci!

Victor Foss

In the shop Victor helps maintain and organize our slab inventory, assists in the daily production, and works with our customers to create their projects.

Victor is for teamwork & having a good time. He helps bring a new outlook on how a team should function. Vic is a loving husband to Jeanine and a father to Madilynn and Peter. Together they attend Trinity Evangelical where Jeanine serves during her week. Vic enjoys riding his Harley, grappling with jujitsu buds, and gathering with family & friends.

What a gift Victor and Jeanine are to Pathway!

Daniel rollison

craftsman

Daniel is a recent addition to the team, but you would not be able to tell so in the shop. Usually you will find him running literally from task to task. He has been full go since day one learning all trades in the workshop.

Daniel is sweet and easy to talk to. He knows no stranger. When he is not working his butt off, he is usually found reading books or rolling with his jujitsu brothers.

We are thankful for Daniel & the asset he is to our team!
