Creating beautiful wood furniture is something Noah is passionate about. He first began his woodworking career harvesting trees and then worked his way up to running the saw and is now head of craftsmanship. Noah manages production and keeps the shop running smoothly. When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find himself and his wife, Abigail, trying to keep up with their son.

Sarah Hutson

Sarah manages the showroom, using her designer’s eye to present Pathway’s original pieces in a beautiful way. You can also find her behind the scenes, overseeing sales and marketing. Sarah loves working with customers, helping them to find the perfect piece of furniture for their home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and three kids.

Andrew Raboin

Andrew’s main focus at Pathway is the finishing process and seeing that his tables are completed to perfection. Using his decade of experience, Andrew is a creative artist with an eye for excellence. In his personal life, Andrew is a worship leader at his church in Columbus, where he attends with his wife, Meredith, and their two children.
