Creating beautiful wood furniture is something Noah is passionate about. As co-founder of Pathway Tables, Noah first began his woodworking career harvesting trees and then worked his way up to running the saw and is now head of craftsmanship. Noah manages production and keeps the shop running smoothly. Noah and his wife, Abigail, have three children.
Andrew raboin

Andrew’s main focus at Pathway is the finishing process and overseeing the production and quality of our team. Using his decade of experience, Andrew is a creative artist with an eye for excellence. In his personal life, Andrew is a worship leader at his church in Columbus, where he attends with his wife, Meredith, and their three children.
Kevin bERLEW

Kevin joined the team in 2021 and plays an important role in our production and media. Most days you’ll find him with a camera in one hand and a sander in the other, working on a project while trying to capture the days work. When he’s not working he and his wife Darci enjoy spending their free time traveling.
Victor Foss

Victor joined our team a few months ago and is a vital part of our daily operations, he heads ups our inventory management system as well as helps with the daily tasks of building our custom pieces. In his free time, he enjoys his time with his wife Janine and their two children.

Steven join our team in 2023 and plays a huge role in keeping our slab inventory current as well as in the day to day process of sorting and creating our custom projects.
